Terms and Conditions.

We take pride in creating quality products and the handmade nature of our items creates individual variances between each product.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. We endeavour to clearly represent our goods online, using accurate descriptions and digital imagery, however if you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us at lit@lithome.uk

By confirming an order through our website [www.lithome.uk] you acknowledge and accept our Terms and Conditions. We retain the right to amend our Terms and Conditions to comply with law and any amendments will apply to any order registered after the amended Terms and Conditions come into effect.

Complaint-handling policy

Please email lit@lithome.uk if you have a complaint and we will endeavour to reply as quickly as possible.

Your consumer right to cancel

You have the right to cancel the contract entered into upon the purchase of goods, within 14 days starting the day after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer.

You must inform us of cancellation by emailing lit@lithome.uk and returning the goods in unused, re-sellable condition within the 14 day period. We will reimburse you within 14 days of the day we get the goods back, using the same payment method you used originally.

If the goods returned are used, damaged and not in re-sellable condition, we have a right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement if you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

If you exercise your right to cancel, you must return the goods in their original state fit for resale and pay for the cost of returning them. Please email lit@lithome.uk if you have any further questions.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the instance of a dispute, we will refer to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform set up by the European Commission.
